Lagerhaus is hiring Sales Associates

As a sales associate, you will always be at the center of the action, where you and your colleagues create an inspiring and sales-driven store environment. You are passionate about our products and want to contribute to our vision "we create happy moments".

You ensure that all Lagerhaus visitors are met by knowledgeable and available salespeople who love to meet our customers and help them renew and decorate their homes!

Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store.

• We are looking for someone with experience in a sales role, preferably in retail. It is a plus if you have previously worked with a similar product range as ours and have experience in both personal and mechanical sales, as well as a good eye for visuals.
• We want you to be goal-oriented and results-driven. It is a plus if you are experienced and great at recruiting new members to the customer club.
• We expect you to be proactive and action-oriented. With us, you will work some shifts alone in the store, and we are looking for someone who knows how to drive themselves forward and sees what needs to be done.
• We believe you have an easy time collaborating and building relationships.
• We hope you are a positive person with energy, commitment, and joy.

Conditions:

• Employment: Permanent part-time position of 6h/week (2 positions)
• Schedule: Varying working hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends
• Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement
• Start: By agreement in February
